Users can upload photos of a classroom, set goals or challenges, and the platform generates redesigned layouts, visual mockups, and recommendations to improve function, aesthetics, and student engagement. It blends AI insights with human-centered design to make classroom upgrades easier, faster, and more intentional.

Account & Login
Download the app and set up your profile by entering your name and organization. (Option to login with Gmail). Creating an account is free.
If you do not see your registration verification code in your inbox, please check your junk or spam email folder. Sometimes automated emails may be filtered there by mistake. If you still cannot locate it, please request a new code.
Go to your profile, select Account Details, and choose Reset Password. You’ll receive an email with a link to create a new password.
ClassroomReimagined is free to download and includes the ability to design up to three classrooms at no cost. For additional projects or expanded features, paid subscription tiers are available. Please contact us for details on pricing options.

How to Use the App
After creating an account and logging in, tap the plus sign to start reimagining your classroom. Answer a few questions about your space, learning practices, and budget, and upload up to three photos. The app will then generate a redesigned classroom for you to review and select.
You can upload one photo to create a useful visualization. For the best results, upload three photos capturing different perspectives of your room—such as the front wall, side walls, and floor. This helps generate a more comprehensive and realistic visualization of your space.
The system accepts JPG or PNG files. For best results, use high-resolution, well-lit photos taken from multiple angles with minimal clutter.
No, not at this time.
Depending on complexity and server load, typical processing might take from a few seconds to a couple of minutes.
Yes. The free plan allows you to create up to three classroom design projects. For additional projects or expanded features, paid subscription tiers are available. Please contact support for details.
Yes. Open the project and access the top-right menu, where you can share, export as PDF, or delete the project. Please note that once a project is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
Design & Customization
Once your designs are generated, you can provide feedback to provide a color scheme. A new design will be generated.
Color, lighting, furniture arrangement, ceilings, display boards, flooring, etc..
You can review the generated designs and select your favorite. You also have the option to provide feedback to further refine the design. Once you’re satisfied, save your design, which will then be accessible in your Studio or Dashboard, and you can generate a report.

Yes. After saving your design, you can access it from your Studio or Home page. Open the design in the Studio to provide feedback and generate updated results.
The suggestions are conceptual. You should consult local contractors, architects, or safety codes before implementation.
The platform incorporates 21 human-centered design patterns to enhance learning spaces. Key patterns include flexible layouts, natural lighting, acoustic control, indoor-outdoor connections, and personal spaces. These patterns help create classrooms that support diverse teaching methods, student engagement, and well-being.
ClassroomReimagined.ai supports a variety of learning spaces, not just traditional classrooms. This includes hallways, adjacent rooms, flexible learning areas, and other educational spaces where teaching and learning occur. The platform allows you to reimagine these spaces using the same AI-driven design methodology applied to classrooms.
You can explore multiple versions in the Design Studio, but you can save only 1 before finalizing.
The app is built on the principle that all classrooms should be accessible. During the feedback phase, if you notice any area that appears inaccessible—for example, a narrow pathway, uneven surface, or blocked access point—please note it in your prompt. Your feedback helps ensure that every generated design supports equity, inclusion, and universal access.
Budgets & Constraints
The Budget Calculator is a free tool that provides a conceptual cost estimate for classroom renovation projects. By answering a few simple questions, you receive a starting-point budget based on national construction data and your chosen renovation scope.
The tool uses national databases and the Classroom Reimagined team’s experience and then applies estimated cost percentages based on the level of renovation selected: Light Decorating, Light Renovation, Medium Renovation, or Substantial Renovation. For furnishings, you can select from a range of lower- to higher-end furnishings.
No. The calculator offers an order-of-magnitude estimate. Actual costs may vary significantly depending on location, market conditions, and project complexity. It’s recommended to consult with a facility manager, architect, or contractor for a more accurate budget.
You can set your budget constraints. The system will generate design options that fit within that budget, prioritizing changes with the highest impact.
Exporting & Reporting
Yes, you can download rendered images, reports, or PDFs to share or use in funding proposals.
The system will provide an overview of your redesigned classroom and how it aligns with modern learning practices. Reports consist of a design brief, renovation cost estimate, and a classroom furnishing cost range. Share it with educators, students, families, school leaders, and industry professionals to build and secure funding.
No, however, you can go back into the app, open the Design Studio, make your edits, and then export the PDF again.

ClassroomReimagined.ai follows the privacy and data protection standards outlined by Design Emerging. Any information you provide—such as your name, organization, and classroom images—is used only to deliver the app’s features.

Your content remains your property, and Design Emerging does not sell your data to third parties. -
Design Emerging reserves the right to use images generated by the app to improve product quality and to share selected images for promotional or educational purposes. However, any personally identifiable information—including your name, identity, or your school’s—will never be shared without your explicit permission.

Sometimes, some goals are deprioritized due to conflicts or physical impossibility; you might need to adjust priorities.
